# Getting started with the MSP program

To set up your account as an MSP, start an MSP trial and then activate the paid MSP plan.

## Start the MSP trial

The MSP trial is free for 14 days and doesn't require a payment method.

- [Create an account](/auth/signup) or sign in with your existing account.
- During onboarding, choose the **MSP** account type and enter your organization name.
- Your 14-day MSP trial starts immediately, with all MSP features unlocked.

If you already have an organization on another plan and want to switch to MSP, please [contact support](/contact).

## Activate the paid MSP plan

To keep access when the trial ends, set up your payment method to activate the paid MSP plan:

- In the dashboard, go to **Settings** → **Billing**.
- Click <DocsButton>Set up payment</DocsButton>, then <DocsButton>Choose plan</DocsButton> in the MSP column.
- Enter your payment method information and confirm to complete the checkout.
