# Billing

In this page you'll find answers on payments and billing in DMARCwise.

## How can I pay?

You can pay with any of the following methods:

- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

If you need to pay with a bank transfer, please [contact us](/contact).

## Can I pay in dollars?

Yes. We support payments in dollars, including US dollars, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, etc. If you're in a country that uses dollars as the currency, you will automatically be charged in your local currency at checkout, with standard exchange rates.

## Will I receive an invoice? Who's Paddle?

We use [Paddle](https://paddle.net) to process payments. You will receive an invoice from Paddle via email after each payment. Paddle acts as a reseller for our software, so you will see their name in the invoice.

Your debit/credit card statement may also contain a reference to Paddle.net, in addition to DMARCwise.

## I didn't receive the invoice

[Contact us](/contact) so that we can check why you didn't receive it.

In the meantime:

- Go to **Settings** → **Billing** and check if the **Billing email** is set correctly.
- In the same page, click <DocsButton>Open customer portal</DocsButton> to sign in to the Paddle portal, where you'll find the list of invoices.

## How do I update the payment method?

Go to **Settings** → **Billing** and click <DocsButton>Update payment method</DocsButton>.

## How can I upgrade/downgrade the subscription plan?

You can change your subscription plan from the billing settings:

- Go to **Settings** → **Billing**.
- Click <DocsButton>Change subscription plan</DocsButton>.

The plan change preview dialog will alert you if you need to reduce your usage before downgrading to a plan with lower limits or less features.

Note that not all plan changes can be made from the dashboard and you may need to contact support in those cases.

## How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to **Settings** → **Billing**, click <DocsButton>Open customer portal</DocsButton> to sign in to the Paddle portal, where you'll be able to cancel the subscription.
