Improved weekly DMARC digests email subject

Weโ€™ve improved the weekly DMARC digests so that the email subject line is more informative: the new colored emoji at the beginning of the subject line indicates whether the DMARC compliance level is good or needs attention.

Here are some examples and their meaning:
