Frequently asked questions.

Find more resources in our docs,
or contact us.

Who's the free plan for?

The free plan can be used by small businesses or for your personal domains and projects.

As you grow, you'll be able to easily upgrade to a paid plan.

If you're a non-profit organization and need higher limits or more support, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How does the free trial work?

After creating an account, your newly created organization will have a special trial plan enabled for free for 14 days.

No credit card is required to sign up for the free trial.

After 14 days, you'll need to choose a subscription plan and enter your payment details.

We don't usually do refunds after your start the subscription, but feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

How are emails calculated?

The monthly email limit refers to the number of DMARC-compliant emails that have been reported through DMARC reports during the month.

We don't count emails that fail DMARC alignment.

The number of reported emails is usually a bit lower than the number of emails that you actually send, since not all email providers send DMARC reports.

What happens if I exceed the email limit?

The limit is a soft limit. If you exceed it, everything will continue to work as usual, but we'll ask you to upgrade if you consistently exceed the limit.

What does retention mean?

The retention period refers to how long DMARCwise stores your historical reporting data.

You won't be able to see or analyze DMARC reports older than the retention period.

How does the technical support work?

If your plan includes technical support, we will be available to help you via email with your DMARC setup process.

This is especially useful if you're not familiar with DMARC, if you're unsure on how to fix authentication issues or you want guidance on how to harden your email sending configuration.

How can I pay?

You can pay with any of the following methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We use Paddle to process payments. You will receive an invoice from Paddle via email after each payment.

Your card statement may contain a reference to Paddle.net, in addition to DMARCwise. It's ok, it's us.

Can I pay in USD?

Yes. If you're in a country that uses US dollars as the currency, you will automatically be charged in USD at checkout.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time in the organization settings.

We don't usually do refunds after your start the subscription, but feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.
