Our philosophy

DMARCwise is a small business based in Italy. We’re independent, bootstrapped, and plan to stay that way: we have no intention of taking outside investments and we’re not chasing unrealistic growth.

We’d also like to be transparent about what we offer and what we don’t. We know we’re not the right fit for every type of customer.

What you can expect from us

• An easy-to-use, fully self-service domain monitoring platform, with transparent and affordable pricing (no sales calls required).
• Full GDPR compliance, with extra care in choosing EU-based providers to meet the preferences of European companies.
• Email support by real humans, in English and Italian. We’ve read all the relevant technical specifications (multiple times!) and stay up to date with industry changes to help you better.
• Reliable and secure infrastructure: we take great care to ensure our service is designed to be highly available and built with best-in-class security practices. No 3 €/month VPS :)

What you shouldn’t expect from us

• We don’t offer consulting services, dedicated support or custom onboarding. Every customer receives the same level of assistance and access to all documentation.
• We prefer email communication over calls and don’t offer demos. Instead, we encourage you to try the product yourself with your own data.
• We don’t hold the ISO 27001 or SOC2 certifications. Our security practices apply equally to all customers.
