New DMARC record history
The DMARC record history has been redesigned to show what changed in each version of your record at a glance, with the differences highlighted, validation issues, and switches to or from hosted DMARC.
DMARCwise now also queries each of your domain’s authoritative nameservers directly, instead of going through a public DNS resolver that only returns one answer.
Open DNS details on any record to see what each nameserver responded with over time. When nameservers disagree on the record, for example when a secondary DNS server is out of sync, the differences are highlighted so you can quickly locate the problem.
We’ve also changed how hosted DMARC updates are recorded: instead of appearing in the history as soon as you save them, they now appear only once they are visible in DNS, so the history always reflects what your domain publishes.
