MSP pricing update: inactive domains are now free

We have updated the billing model for MSP customers: only active domains are now counted towards your monthly bill.

A domain is considered active if, in the previous 30 days, it was used to send at least one legitimate email (according to DMARC reports) or at least one TLS report was received for it. Domains with no sending or receiving activity are not counted for billing purposes.
