The MSP plan is a flexible pay-as-you-go subscription, with a minimum monthly charge of 100 domains, or 100 € (plus taxes):
- When subscribing to the MSP plan you’ll be asked to enter the payment method information to start the 14-day trial.
- When the trial expires, you will be billed in advance for 100 € or more based on the number of domains.
- The subscription will then renew automatically each month.
- One day before the renewal, we will calculate the number of active domains in the system at that moment and prepare the corresponding upcoming transaction.
- You will receive an email notification from our payment processor Paddle if the amount changed from the previous month.
What is an active domain?
A domain is considered active if one or both of the following conditions are met in the previous 30 days:
- The domain was used to send at least one legitimate email, according to DMARC reports.
- At least one TLS report for the domain was received, implying it is being used to receive emails.
Domains with no sending or receiving activity in the last 30 days are not counted for billing purposes.
Example
Here’s an example of how the flexible billing would work in a real situation:
- You start the free trial on 1 January and add 50 domains to the dashboard.
- On 14 January you will be charged for 100 € (minimum charge).
- A few days later you add another 100 domains, leading to a total of 150 domains in the dashboard.
- On 13 February, you will receive an email notification informing you that the renewal price changed to 150 €. This amount may be lower if some domains have been detected as inactive.
- On 14 February you will be charged for 150 €.
