New notifications for DNS record changes

DMARCwise now notifies you when a DMARC, SPF, or TLSRPT record is published, changed, or removed. These updates appear in the notification center and can also be sent by email.

The DMARC record changed and TLSRPT record changed notifications replace the previous configuration validated notifications, inheriting your existing settings and preferences. They still confirm when reporting to DMARCwise is set up, and now also tell you when reporting stops or a domain switches to or from hosted DMARC.
