How can I pay?

You can pay with any of the following methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Can I pay in USD?

Yes. If you’re in a country that uses US dollars as the currency, you will automatically be charged in USD at checkout.

Will I receive an invoice? Who’s Paddle?

We use Paddle to process payments. You will receive an invoice from Paddle via email after each payment. Paddle acts as a reseller for our software, so you will see their name in the invoice.

Also, your card statement may contain a reference to Paddle.net, in addition to DMARCwise. It’s ok, it’s us.

I didn’t receive the invoice

Contact us so that we can check why you didn’t receive it.

In the meantime:

  • Go to SettingsBilling and check if the Billing email is set correctly.
  • In the same page, click Open customer portal to log in to the Paddle portal, where you’ll find the list of invoices.

How do I update the payment method?

Go to SettingsBilling and click Update payment method.

How can I upgrade/downgrade the subscription plan?

Until we add this option to the billing settings, please contact us and we’ll help you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to SettingsBilling, click Open customer portal to log in to the Paddle portal, where you’ll be able to cancel the subscription.
