To set up your account as an MSP, start an MSP trial and then activate the paid MSP plan.

Start the MSP trial

The MSP trial is free for 14 days and doesn’t require a payment method.

  • Create an account or sign in with your existing account.
  • During onboarding, choose the MSP account type and enter your organization name.
  • Your 14-day MSP trial starts immediately, with all MSP features unlocked.

If you already have an organization on another plan and want to switch to MSP, please contact support.

Activate the paid MSP plan

To keep access when the trial ends, set up your payment method to activate the paid MSP plan:

  • In the dashboard, go to Settings → Billing.
  • Click Set up payment, then Choose plan in the MSP column.
  • Enter your payment method information and confirm to complete the checkout.
