DMARCwise sends automated notification emails for various organization-related events. This page lists all email types and their recipients.

Organization lifecycle

These emails are triggered by user actions within the organization.

Team members management

When a new team member is added or invited, the following email types are sent.

Subscription management

Our payment processor, Paddle, handles payments and subscriptions and sends invoices and reminders to the billing email address set in the organization settings. See Billing for more information.

In addition to this, we also send the following emails:

Free trial expiringThe owner of the organization, all verified users with the billing role and the global billing email address.
Free plan limit exceededThe owner of the organization, all verified users with the billing role and the global billing email address.

Domain management

These emails are sent automatically in response to events related to domain management.

DMARC/TLSRPT domain validatedThe user who added the domain.
Import completed/failedThe user who started the import
SSO (SAML metadata fetch) errorThe owner of the organization and all verified admins.
Hosted services suspension warningThe owner of the organization and all verified admins.

Weekly digests

Weekly digest emails are sent every Monday. Who receives these emails is fully configurable.
